There are two separate training packages provided by Bellator Consulting Ltd:
Teamwork and Leadership Development Training
This is a one day package that provides delegates with the basic tools and knowledge required to successfully:
- Work in teams
- Form new teams
- Lead teams
Leadership and Management Training
This is a multi-day package that blends classroom based theory training with outdoor practical training and is provided as a joint venture with our partners Benchmark Training Ltd.
The training focuses on three key areas:
- An understanding of the principles of strong leadership and good management
- The provision of the practical skills required to lead and manage routinely in a high tempo environment
- A clear understanding of how to foster good working practices and engender sustained team spirit
