The Team
Nicholas Entwistle Founder and Managing Director, Bellator Consulting Limited.
Nicholas has been involved with Teamwork and Leadership Development for nearly 20 years, first as an officer in the British Army and then working with the CEO of a privately owned multi-billion pound hedge fund. In January 2008 he started the research into and development of Bellator Consulting Limited.
Nicholas has experience leading teams of soldiers, civil servants and civilians from all over the world in complex, challenging environments and circumstances. For 19 years with the British Army he worked at the top of his peer group, culminating in leading 140 soldiers in the battle against extremists in Basra, Iraq. After hanging up his uniform, he spent four months working for the CEO of a small, hugely successful hedge fund, advising on (amongst other things) leadership and teamwork issues.
Nicholas brings experience and perspective into a field that frequently lacks both. He’s trained individuals, formed and led teams and delivered world-class leadership training on a near daily basis for nearly 20 years. But experience alone is not enough, and he also brings a sense of perspective that reflects the realities of life and the practical matters surrounding advising on potentially sensitive issues such as teamwork and leadership.
